Abstract:
This paper provides a framework for organizational Complex Adaptive Systems without directly referring to biology (evolution theory), physics and mathematics. The model can reproduce most of standard management science and sheds light on new ideas in corporate strategy. Possibilities for numerical simulation are discussed.
