Abstract:
The challenge of providing fully automated adaptation is tackled by many approaches in literature. Thereby, the class of signature mismatches presents the challenge of matching object data types that provide the same semantics but are syntactically incompatible. We explain in this paper how adaptation, complemented by transformation, can potentially solve the problem on the basis of test cases in the object-oriented world.
