Image Restoration by Revised Bayesian-Based Iterative Method

Abstract:
A restoration method of the degraded images based on Bayesian-based iterative method is proposed. An iterative method is developed by treating images, point spread functions, and degraded images as probability measures and by applying Bayes' theorem. The method functions effectively in the presence of noise and is adaptable to computer operation.
