Abstract:
We are interested in the monitoring of IoT devices through the analysis of log messages. This use case deals with the use of professional badges to circulate in the laboratory but also to use the equipment made available to the researchers. In this context, we have designed and made available the badge holders in order to trigger LoRa WAN messages associated with the events of this badge holder. For this, we configure a level of messages associated with a scheme or message format. We set up a software chain based on the use of Big Data frameworks such as Apache Spark and Kafka, in order to have structured data streaming; the data thus analyzed are stored in a document-oriented database adapted to the data format that we handle. Finally, the use of scala scripts brings a versatile use of our data especially by the end users of our IoT devices.
