Abstract:
Alzheimer disease (AD) is the most common cause of neurodegenerative disorder in the elderly individuals. To support the biomarker research on Alzheimer’s Disease progression, this study describes a bioinformatics pipeline for the evaluation of the mutations impact on the tertiary structure of AD causative genes.
