Abstract:
The DIMAP idea focuses on the development of innovative applications using additive manufacturing technologies. This paper describes the requirements for a 3D printed robotic arm and a luminaire application. In addition, the advances on novel ink materials for 3D multi-material printing by PolyJet technology are reported as well as advances on the printing equipment. The approach is application-driven and the first results of the project show advances in additive manufacturing technologies.
