Abstract:
This study aims at evaluating the impact of the professional network LinkedIn on students’ motivation and learning performance and on boosting their career prospects. This paper’s main contribution is to apply Data Envelopment Analysis to demonstrate that student’s learning motivation, communication, and writing skills can be improved by using LinkedIn.
