Abstract:
The TraCEREAL project explores the integration of Blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to enhance traceability, transparency, and efficiency in Cyprus’ cereal supply chain. By identifying the farm-to-fork key actors, their needs and priorities, the project develops a prototype system across the critical points of production and distribution by combining intelligent algorithms and real-time data for improved decision-making.
