Abstract:
Linkage Identification is quite important issue in Genetic Algorithm studies. If we found linkage structures, we can improve coding methods, genetic operations. In this study, the Restricted Boltzmann Machine (RBM) is used to represent linkage structures. The learning data of the RBM is generated by using Linkage Identification by non-Linearity Check. After the learning of the RBM, the activation values of the neurons in the hidden layer and corresponding inputs are visualized. We can easily find out linkage structures by using the resultant images.
