Scalable Detection of chatGPT-generated Text

Abstract:
Text generated by services based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) should optionally be identified for the sake of exam validity, and intellectual honesty in general. This paper reports from an ongoing study on detection techniques to identify text generated by the AI-based chatGPT service, where text documents are represented by high-dimensional feature vectors on which calculations are employed to reveal semantic similarities.
