Abstract:
Using the optimal frequency and optimization of the system design will be possible if Channel Characteristics analysis on outdoor cell. This paper presents the correlations between channel parameter Path Loss (PL), root mean square Delay Spread (DS), and K-factor established based on channel measurements. The channel measurements were performed in a 3.5 GHz Non-Line of Sight (NLOS) environment. We measured the channel characteristics in Dunsan areas on Korea using a channel sounder and 1×1 antennas. The correlations between channel parameter show that the wireless channel characteristics can be determined and effective communication system design can be produced for use in similar environments.
