Because the health data is very important one, security should be essentially applied to healthcare area. This paper proposes a healthcare security architecture, which can monitor the security state of a healthcare user domain and evaluate its security level. Through the proposed architecture, healthcare providers can determine trust or distrust of health data received from healthcare user domain by checking its security level.
