Abstract:
This work presents E-mergency, a cloud-based software solution designed to respond most recurrent issues of Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The solution is being designed and used by means of cooperation with a public EMS responsible to answer emergency call from a one million inhabitants population and the first main functionalities have been deployed to use.
