Abstract:
The actual research in green computing tries to understand the human behavior and how appliances are used in households. We propose, in this paper, a software prototype which can be used to understand the household appliances’ behavior. Our architecture uses heuristic functions and pattern matching mechanisms in order to achieve this goal.
