Abstract:
This paper presents a new hierarchical representation of huge 3D meshes for fast and seamless rendering in cloud computing. Shape-outlines, simplified meshes, and uniform mesh partitions construct a hierarchy. Our hierarchy enables on-demand rendering of huge 3D meshes in cloud computing.
