Technology Powered Learning at Academic Institutions - Personal Credit Portfolio

Abstract:
This article aims to describe the methodology for the realization of particular although partial steps when accepting a new paradigm of learning or other school processes. A part of the paper deals with the verification of partial methodologies of the Model of Technology Powered Learning at school. The student-centric approach and the impact of information and communication technologies on education and university society are applied. Positive digital identity of personality is an outcome of human activity while at the same time it accepts the technology of cloud computing and deep web. A new term – Personal Credit Portfolio – has been invented. The processes are implementable for students and for all the members of academic staff, and consequently have an impact on the credit of the whole – University.
