Data Clustering Using Bee Colony Optimization

Abstract:
The paper presents a comparative analysis of data clustering by Bee Colony Optimization (BCO) technique. Experiments over a standard benchmark demonstrate that applying Bee Colony Optimization in the context of clustering is a feasible approach and improves the clustering results. Superiority of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by comparing it with some recently developed partitional clustering techniques.
