Abstract:
This paper discusses the activities of an ongoing research project related to open science. Based on the involvement of team leaders, an interactive Virtual Reality training for social skills has been developed. Yet, the participatory and co-creative elements of the process encountered a series of limitations. Analyzing the difficulties of the case, we outline an ideal-typical model for the participatory development of socio-technical information systems
