Abstract:
Services play an important role in business interactions among partnerships forming value-creating service networks. A central problem in service network design is to analyze participants’ behavior and optimize their value. In this paper, we propose a simulation model to evaluate the long-term impact of changes to resources and predict the performance of service networks. Successful predictions of the future behavior of service networks help analysts improve service network’s functionality.
