Abstract:
This paper proposes a survey of robust wireless JPEG 2000 images and video transmission systems. The performance of the presented systems is discussed and compared both in terms of time consumption and in terms of robustness against transmission errors. Some opened tracks are then discuss with a special emphasis on efficient scalable wireless JPEG 2000 image and video transmission schemes
