Abstract:
This article argues that cloud computing matters through interactions between organizations, IT, and cloud services. It illustrates the cloud computing value generation processes of Amazon, Google, IBM, and Microsoft and examines their strategies. Furthermore, this paper proposes value networking concepts and an ANT lens for future research on cloud computing and business values.
