Finding 3D Positions from 2D Images Feasibility Analysis

Abstract:
In this paper, we prove that it is possible to recover the position (or coordinates) of an object using a single 2D image, given the size and shape of the image. Here we employ a purely mathematical proof to enable guaranteed accuracy. These theories and their derivations can be employed in recovering illumination patterns defined on the actual object using their images.
