Abstract:
This short paper describes our proposed architecture for the software systems at Umm A-Qura (UQU) University. We adopted the notion of SOA to derive the building block of the new architecture. The proposed solution is the first step towards migrating the legacy systems at UQU to new architecture that can respond seamlessly to the emerging e-government requirements
