Abstract:
In order to obtain benefits from the Lessons Learned Process in Software Project Management it is necessary to assess the process periodically. To avoid failures, assessments can be conducted based on questionnaires duly appropriate for each organisation or segment of the software project under development. Studies of Lessons Learned and Software Project Management have increased the assessments techniques and have guided the construction of assessment criteria in organisations. In this paper, we present a questionnaire template with different alternatives that offer different scores and axes of efficiency to enhance the assessment. We intend to demonstrate that this questionnaire template establishes parameters for accurate measurements of the assessment of the Lessons Learned Process.
