Three-step Decision Framework for Planning Software Releases

Abstract:
We propose a framework that connects the previously solved problems, which are involved in the setting of the next release goal, by defining a complete workflow to manage the need to properly set the release goal when different, conflicting stakeholders define numerous requirements that cannot all be satisfied by the available resources; making it necessary to reach an agreement.
