Abstract:
The concept of Always Best Connected (ABC) is in great demand today, and algorithms that come on mobile devices cannot provide that. This paper describes a proposal for a Neural Network (NN) based network selection mechanism, which is intended to be a piece to be integrated into a handover system environment. Our neural network had a good behavior after trained; it has a good generalization capability for new data presented to it.
