Abstract:
Educational Process Mining constitutes a new opportunity to better understand students’ learning habits and finely analyze the complete set of educational processes. In this paper, we investigate further the potential and challenges of Process Mining in the field of professional training. Firstly, we focus on the mining and the analysis of social networks between course units or training providers. Secondly, we propose a two-step clustering approach for partitioning educational processes following key performance indicators.
