Abstract:
This paper will discuss how real-time processing is affecting archiving strategies. This puts up the thesis, what type of system is needed to ensure write & retrieval of realtime data from an archive infrastructure. The paper will not focus on compliance, rather on archiving strategies in context of system requirements and availabilities for real-time data applications and hence where real-time processing is applicable.
