Enterprise Architecture Quality Management Approach

Abstract:
Generally, the enterprise architecture (EA) is the discipline of designing enterprise guided with principles, frameworks, methodologies, requirements, tools, reference models, and standards. The EA is responsible for designing structures, engineering processes, developing working force, exploiting technology and creating opportunities for learning. The EA should be accessible for all the organization members to receive their acceptance as responsive to user needs. The EA modelling effectiveness and efficiency are determined by the EA elements quality. Therefore, the paper focuses on characterization of quality of enterprise architecture, consideration of key perspectives, measures and indicators.
