Abstract:
This article focuses on the e-learning fora of with the purpose of comparing educational techniques widely used in the fields (such as Snowballing and Brainstorming) in a combined environment both via mobile and computer devices, in the framework of a training course in advanced technologies integration skills computer instructors. For the purpose of this study, modeling in formal language was used to classify the messages in the Moodle forum, as well as a respective system to automate this procedure.
