Intelligent LED Lighting System with Route Prediction Algorithm for Parking Garage

Abstract:
Various LED applications have been developed and implemented in diverse spots because of LED’s characteristic. However, some specific places such as a parking lot are required to be studied to increase energy efficiency. In this paper, the proposed LED lighting systems for a parking lot provides energy efficient management by turning on and off LED lights according to vehicle’s movement through a route prediction algorithm.
