Abstract:
This article describes the main ideas of disaster management based on technology for status evaluation and progress monitoring of complex processes. Our work analyzes features of the disaster management process and the characteristics of the available information. The article also discusses the technological capabilities for evaluating and monitoring complex processes to support decisions at the stage when urgent assistance is needed.
