Abstract:
This paper introduces, at early-stage of research, a strategy for implementing network-enabled devices into industrial environment. Technical aspects will be considered, as well as economic ones. By applying a standardized approach covering the entire planning phase efficient business processes will be enabled for on-hands realization.
