Abstract:
As part of Design Process Model that includes systematic methods for the 'Development European Defense Strategy for Electromagnetic Resilience Infrastructure Network' this paper focuses on the analytical phase. In essence, the paper presents inductive reasoning (develop a theory), while also examining deductive reasoning (proposed solution) to promote the need and resources of the creative phase (development of such a strategy). The paper focuses on Spectrum capabilities in defense and acknowledges that the development of European Defense strategy for Electromagnetic Resilience Infrastructure is necessary. Issues such as interoperability, and ability to keep pace with technological advances by potential adversaries will require Europe to emulate recent developments by DoD to advance the USA superiority in EM warfare. The result of this paper will identify opportunities, risk and challenges within the scope European Defense Strategy for Electromagnetic Resilience Infrastructure Network.
