Abstract:
Nowadays the use of wireless technologies provides a great benefit to the society. This article shows a wireless sensor network for Intravenous Dripping System, which can detect when an intravenous liquid, provided to patients in hospitals, run out, as well as detecting obstructions in the catheter. This way, the attention in sanitary centers is more efficient and immediate, as the observation of the state of the container will not need human supervision. Also a novel algorithm has been simulated in order to improve the network with its own mobility.
