Abstract:
This paper describes how software architectural design patterns can be used to build software systems and how software adaptation patterns can be used to dynamically adapt them at run-time. The software architectural design patterns consist of architectural structure patterns and architectural communication patterns. This paper also describes the concept of software adaptation patterns and how they can be used in software system adaptation.
