Abstract:
We present the main theoretical ideas behind a proposed symmetric key algorithm. We show that it can be fairly easily constructed from mathematical pseudo-random parameters and known secure cryptographic functions. We describe how time intervals can be used to establish our algorithm for encryption purposes. We will briefly discuss the decryption of messages passed through the algorithm.
