Abstract:
Electronic conversations always contain an emotional charge. Being able to evaluate such emotional charge is an interesting challenge, and valuable conclusions can be obtained if that process is performed automatically. In this paper, we present a Semantic Emotional Evaluator for Chats, named Chat-SEE, that has been used for evaluating the emotions in a chat conversation. The results obtained are quite promising.
