Abstract:
Highly sensitive and accurate determination of relative humidity of technical gases is required in many branches of human activities (health care, food packing, etc.). In this paper, we introduce a new series of sensors manufactured by BVT Technologies taking advantage of the hygroscopic material conductivity change with the water vapor content. The main topics of the contribution focus on sensor signal processing and electronic equipment architecture and its design.
