Consistency and Distributed Sensor Data Processing

Abstract:
This paper proposes a framework dedicated to the management of data processing within a geographically distributed system made of heterogeneous software and hardware components. The integration and coordination of these different components is easily performed thanks to a uniform abstraction level proposed here. The resource-oriented approach combined with a rule-based system allowing transactional manipulation of these resources provides a unified view of the distributed system. An example will show the powerfulness of the proposed middleware.
