A Triple Interfaces Secure Token -TIST- for Identity and Access Control in the Internet Of Things

Abstract:
This paper introduces an innovative technology based on secure microcontrollers, such as smartcards, equipped with TLS stack. The secure microcontroller, identified by its X509 certificate, is embedded in a triple interfaces secure token (the TIST), supporting USB, NFC and Mifare connectivity. The TIST secures OPENID and electronic key delivery services and makes them available for multiple terminals such as mobiles, laptops or tablets.
