Abstract:
Abstract—Nowadays, a main resort for delivering software with good enough quality is to design, create, implement and maintain test cases that are executed automatically. This could be done on many different levels. However, graphical user interface (GUI) testing is closest to how the real user interacts with the software under test (SUT). The aim of this paper is to determine the most popular GUI automated tools for software testing among a list of 52 candidates and to compare their features, functional and non-functional characteristics.
