This ubiquity is freely and openly to access various chances and resources in networked communities for global citizens. New business and knowledge based economy can be engendered by these active people. In this regard, I will discuss needs, backgrounds, design, and practices of gaming collaboration for educing business senses. It was designed as one of the network based ubiquitous collaboration (e.g. Ubiquitous Jigsaw). I will articulate the Ubiquitous Jigsaw toward organizational development in business. And finally all things considered, I introduce practices of business gaming using this collaboration.
