Knowledge Processes in German Hospitals. First Findings from the Network for Health Services Research Metropolitan Region Bremen-Oldenburg

Abstract:
This paper summarises the work on organisational and network learning process among hospitals in Germany. It is a descriptive analysis of learning processes identified by interviews with board of directors and observations in clinical wards. A shift from organisational learning to inter-organisational/network learning could be confirmed. This paper mentions some of them and gives an outlook on further work.
