Abstract:
The rapid technological developments in various fields have changed the usual patterns of human life. Clearly, technology has contributed to the diversification of the teaching and learning methods used in the education sectors and has changed the way that information is delivered to students, particularly during the eLearning 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 stages. The literature indicates that the Semantic Web (eLearning 3.0) has been researched extensively and few issues have yet to be investigated.
