etc. These terms have small differences that need to be explained. In fact, the
scarce regional legislation on fishing tourism and the few papers on the subject
have used different terminology. Thus, a primary objective of the study is to
clarify the concept of fishing tourism and briefly discuss the different experiences
that have taken place in Spain, especially in Galicia and Catalonia. Final-ly, we
consider to identify the main obstacles that prevent their usual implementation
and future actions will raise.
