that major cultural activities, like theatre or musical festivals and heritage, will
be able to attract other cultural and complementary activities like art galleries,
restaurants, hotels, sale of local handicrafts and excursions. The first stage of
the analysis is to identify existing re-sources in the region. Later we must pay
attention to associations and foundations due to the high involvement they have
in the cultural cluster based on the historical herit-age, for the conservation of this
heritage. Finally we should identify public institutions and policy, stakeholders,
investors, organizations, governance and management tech-niques relating to
the cultural activities and ancient theatres.
