The integration of technologies and information systems in organizations to-
day are essential for the correct development of these organizations. Every
organiza-tion needs to have and create strategies that allow it to add value and
thus to reach its goals. These tasks would be impossible nowadays if not jointly
with done the technol-ogy and information systems strategy. This paper, aims to
carry out an analysis of the situation of a fast organization food and get a series
of sustainable strategic advantages based on technology and information
systems for the organization. The organization that will carry out the project will
be a “fast food company” prototype. The paper is a practical application of
the methodology of Hax and Majluf (MIT) and Andreu, Ricart y Valor (ITSGAs
- IESE) on a project of entrepreneurship applied to fast-food compa-nies. This
prototype is the result of the work of a group of young students (One2up) of
the EBS (European Business School) presented in London with the following
slogan: “The current trend of social networking redefines eating and takes
it up to a whole new level, that’s what one2up is all about. The new social
restaurant where you’re prom-ised an unforgettable experience”. For this, first
we focus on the sector of the fast food restaurants, moving on to an analysis of
the value chain of this sector, as it arises in Spain, economic data and any other
data that can be useful for the further understand-ing of the structure of its
strategy based on information technologies and how to im-prove it. Secondly,
we will consolidate the status in Spain of ICT since the innovative nature of this
