All the programs, codes, and data are provided under the terms of the BSD open source license. The following files contain the source data collected, the preprocessed data, and the results obtained in the statistical analysis. A part of the analysis was done using the software environment for statistical computing R. Some data were analyzed using the programming language Erlang.
